MerTekStak is operated by ManorSoft, Inc. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using mertekstak.com and the MerTekStak web app.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address, display name, login provider identifiers, access tokens, and account records needed to authenticate you.
- Browser, account, environment, provider, and audit information needed to operate the control plane and secure administrator sessions.
- Usage and security information such as requests, timestamps, browser type, IP address, audit events, error reports, and abuse-prevention signals.
- Support communications, operator contact requests, and any files, messages, or metadata you choose to send to us.
- Cookies, local storage, and similar browser storage used for login, preferences, referral attribution, security, and product operation.
Managed Platform Data
Managed platform configuration, build evidence, release records, and support details are stored only as needed to operate the MerTekStak control plane.
How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve MerTekStak.
- Authenticate accounts, maintain operator sessions, and protect managed platform configuration.
- Track build, test, release, backup, and deployment evidence for managed platforms.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about product, security, and service changes.
- Detect abuse, enforce terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect users and the service.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, security, email, and support providers that help us run MerTekStak; with authorized operators of the managed platform records you configure; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Safety, Legal Compliance, and Law Enforcement
We respect lawful civil liberties and believe people should have broad freedom from government intrusion. At the same time, MerTekStak has zero tolerance for unlawful use, exploitation, abuse, or harm to children. We may preserve, review, disclose, or report information when we believe it is required by law, necessary to respond to valid legal process, or reasonably needed to protect children, users, the public, our systems, or others from serious harm. Where lawful and appropriate, we may proactively cooperate with law enforcement, child safety organizations, regulators, or other authorities investigating illegal activity or threats to safety.
Retention
We keep information as long as reasonably needed for product operation, security, legal compliance, backups, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. Browser data remains controlled through your browser and operating system.
Your Choices
You can stop using the service, clear browser storage, or contact us to request help with account access, correction, export, or deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, backup, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for MerTekStak, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep your account credentials, browsers, provider accounts, and administrator machines secure.
Children
MerTekStak is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as MerTekStak changes. The effective date above shows when this version was published.
